Xbox Live servers take One offline
Microsoft revealed the Xbox Live servers have taken Xbox One down today, so gamers have to play offline with the latest generation of their consoles. While 360 owners are enjoying online services, the Xbox One cannot sign in to Live right now.
It isn’t clear why only Xbox One is not working, but the official status page highlights signing in problems for this console. Confirmation had also come via the official Xbox Support Twitter page, as you can see with a quick screenshot on this page and tweet.
If you're having trouble connecting to Xbox Live, apologies- we're checking into this now. Please keep an eye on http://t.co/99xfLMWcZW ^JX

We’ve included the tweet above, so take a look to see that Xbox One started to see server problems over an hour ago. Xbox Support said, “we’re checking into this now”. Since then, the status page updated and said they are working on a fix to sign-in issues.
For now, Xbox Live Core Services will be limited for One owners only. Leave your status report on this Down Today page. The outage is being felt in all corners of the globe, as you can see through the link in this paragraph where we’ve heard about issues in the UK, USA, and across Europe.
